Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
- Managing employee benefits administration
- Handling absence tracking and management
- Providing general day-to-day HR administrative support across the organization
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated administrative experience with strong foundational HR knowledge
- High level of organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Compliance with strict safeguarding standards, as all appointments are subject to comprehensive recruitment checks
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
