Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Answer user inquiries via email and online support channels in a clear, friendly manner.
- Platform & Account Management: Assist users with marketplace features, user accounts, and ad placements.
- Content Moderation: Review reported listings/content and escalate technical or safety issues to internal teams.
- Internal Collaboration: Utilize internal administrative tools and coordinate with development and marketing departments.
Key Requirements
- Communication & Skills: Strong written English with clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer and internet proficiency, with the capacity to learn new software systems quickly.
- Work Ethic: High reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a remote team setup.
- Previous experience in customer support, online classifieds, e-commerce, or social platforms.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Familiarity with using AI tools for customer support workflows and content moderation.
