Your Health Dudley is an Integrated Health Improvement Service delivered by ABL Health and commissioned by Dudley Council. It works collaboratively with local communities to provide integrated lifestyle and behavior-change support—covering smoking cessation, weight management, alcohol reduction, physical activity, cooking, family coaching, and community health checks to promote long-term well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Program Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the office, support program administration, and help meet service targets and deadlines.
- Assessment Delivery: Assist with the timely delivery of MyStory assessments.
- Team Collaboration & Base: Work closely with the administration team and Project Lead, handling a mix of general administrative tasks and participant-facing duties based out of the Dudley office.

Key Requirements
- Administrative & Clerical Support: Provide general clerical assistance, handle incoming calls and inquiries, produce correspondence, and manage filing and record-keeping processes.
- Appointment & Referral Management: Book appointments, coordinate patient referrals within agreed timescales, and support service leads with venue sourcing.
- Data & Systems Operations: Maintain accurate, confidential patient records, update service databases, and utilize IT systems including Microsoft Office and in-house health databases.
- Client & Team Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, health professionals, and colleagues, while encouraging clients' readiness for behavior change and monitoring workloads to hit service targets.
- Experience: Background as an administrator in a health or community setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and health-related database systems.
- Communication & Relationships: Positive, welcoming communication style; strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Work Ethic & Mindset: Proactive and comfortable working at pace on multiple tasks; quality-driven with high standards and an openness to new ideas and perspectives.
