As the Wrap Around Care Venue Lead., your role is pivotal in providing effective leadership and management of the wrap around care program.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support and supervision to play workers and other staff, including volunteers.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective guidance, mentorship, and leadership.
- Manage a small team of playworkers, providing strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
- Organise effective communication through daily Huddles and the weekly LION (Last time, Issues, Opportunities, Next time) meeting structures.
- Conduct half-termly staff One2One meetings and performance reviews, providing feedback and setting clear objectives.
Stakeholder Communication
- Develop and maintain open and effective communication with all club members, schools, and parents, ensuring transparency and collaboration. Policy Adherence and.
Early Years Foundation Stage
- Operate within the framework of the club"s policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Apply the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to enhance the care and development of children.
Team Leadership
- Generate weekly performance reports for your line manager, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges
- Empower your team to execute company strategy and tactics in alignment with Premier Education Professional Standards (PEPs), ensuring a unified approach.
