1. Standard listings
SeekMe may offer free and paid listing options depending on category, account type, package, availability and marketplace rules. The price shown during posting or checkout is the price that applies to your selected option unless a separate B2B agreement, order confirmation or invoice applies.
2. Promoted listings
Optional top-ups and promotional products can increase visibility for a selected period. Promotion availability, duration and price are shown before payment. Promotions do not guarantee enquiries, sales, hires, rankings, views or a specific outcome.
3. Orders and payment
A paid service is ordered when you complete checkout, accept an order, receive confirmation, pay an invoice or agree a B2B order, depending on the service. You must pay all charges due for the selected service. If an order needs to be changed after acceptance, the change is at our discretion and may require an additional charge.
4. Business subscriptions
Business users may be offered subscriptions or packages for recurring advertising needs. Package terms, included listings and renewal details are shown before purchase or agreed in a separate B2B contract between SeekMe and the business customer.
5. Free services
Free listing options and free features may be changed, limited, withdrawn or refused. Unless the law requires otherwise, SeekMe's financial liability for a free service is zero.
6. Billing support
For invoice, payment, package or refund questions, open a support ticket from the Support Ticket page and include the order number if you have one. We aim to acknowledge support tickets within 2 working days and will explain what information is needed for any refund or billing review.
